Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Non-Refundable Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable. Because these items are made specifically to your specifications, once a custom order is placed and the deposit is paid, refunds are not available under any circumstances. Please ensure all details—including style, size, colors, and materials—are correct before submitting your order.
For general, non-custom items, refunds are also not available once the order is placed.
Adding to Your Order
If you would like to add items to your order, please reach out before your order is shipped. You may contact me via:

Additional items may require a price adjustment, and changes cannot be made after work on the order has begun.
Combining Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship Items
If your order includes both a made-to-order custom piece and a ready-to-ship item, please note that the shipping of the ready-to-ship item may be delayed until the custom piece is completed. This ensures your order can be shipped together but may extend delivery time.
Returns Policy
All sales are final, and items are not eligible for returns. Please carefully review your order before submitting to ensure all details are correct.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after the shipping label has been printed, an additional fee will be required to reprint the label. Please notify me as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Express / Rush Shipping
If you would like express or rush shipping, please contact me before your order ships. Additional fees will apply, and the cost will depend on the package’s destination.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While I take great care in packaging and shipping all items, once a package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I cannot guarantee delivery times or be responsible for shipping delays, loss, or mishaps caused by the carrier.
If something does happen to your package during shipping, please contact me immediately, and I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation. However, I am not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or delayed after being handed to the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, I will assess the situation and provide a replacement or partial refund depending on the severity. Please note: I cannot be responsible for damage caused by the recipient, including accidents, mishandling, or misuse. Damage from these circumstances is not eligible for replacement or refund. Please see my repair policy, if repairs need to be made to a piece. The piece does not have to be made by me to get repaired.
